Introduction
September 2016 Hawthorn Estates set to refurb a commercial building in the Town Center of Colwyn Bay, North Wales.

Customer
The contracted work consisted of removing stud walls creating an open commercial unit, access to the first floor was removed, and partition walls were installed in the space.

Health and Safety
With much of the early work being removed from partition walls and wires, Hawthorn Estates proved all staff with PPE.

All staff has been given prior training for specialised Equipment

Tenants
The previous tenant was a bank; they had installed stalls for transactions and also a meeting room in the back.

The client chose to keep the meeting room as it was in excellent order.

We were happy to hand over the office space ready for the new tenants.
