Hawthorn Estates Ltd is a family owned company based in Lancashire, we became established in 1976. Our years of experience have been enhanced by constantly updating and acquiring skills, enabling us to fulfil our clients’ needs. Along with our main team, we work with companies who excel in specific fields; these are checked for competency and compliance with current legislation before undertaking any work for you. Since we began in 1976, we have built up a large arsenal of contacts. This enables us to undertake jobs, from basic site cleaning to complicated building repairs.
What we do
We started off as a facilities management company and now we are a facilities management and construction company with our sister business Sympathetic Works (which deals with heritage building and skills).

They notify us when there is any problem on-site, keeping you up to date with site matters, and saving your time spent on site visits. This enables you to instruct us, or another company, to carry out required tasks quickly, minimising further damage and/or hazard. We inspect all work done on a regular basis, keeping you informed by letter, fax, email or telephone.
