Hawthorn Design Partnership (HDP) had prepared designs for a new residential development on the site of the former Hollymount Farm, Hollymount lane, Tottington, which has been submitted for planning approval.

The existing farmhouse and barn are to be refurbished and extended for new residences apartment to reflect the site’s agricultural heritage.

The square land studio prepared an external landscape scheme, and the application was submitted by the Roman summer association (Planning consultant.)
